Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end technical vision for high-growth SaaS clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof Salesforce architectures that power revenue operations across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- • Partner daily with cross-functional squads of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, and Analysts to craft technology roadmaps that balance speed-to-value with long-term scalability, ensuring every solution can withstand 10× user growth and multi-million-record data volumes.
- • Serve as the go-to authority on Salesforce solutioning, guiding teams through critical architectural decisions—whether it’s choosing declarative vs. programmatic automation, designing multi-org strategies, or selecting integration patterns that minimize technical debt.
- • Design and deliver custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs, while enforcing governance standards that keep technical debt below 5 % and deployment success rates above 98 %.
- • Tackle the gnarliest technical challenges—think multi-cloud integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud), complex CPQ rule engines, or high-throughput data pipelines—turning them into elegant, maintainable systems that delight both end users and admins.
- • Act as the final escalation point for architectural reviews, performing code and configuration audits that ensure security best practices (OWASP, Salesforce Security Model) and performance benchmarks (sub-second page loads, bulk-safe triggers) are met or exceeded.
- • Build and curate a living library of architectural patterns, reusable components, and decision trees that accelerate delivery across all client engagements, reducing average build time per feature by 30 % within your first year.
- • Mentor and up-level a distributed team of consultants through weekly architecture guilds, pair-programming sessions, and lightning talks, transforming junior admins into confident solution designers who can independently lead mid-complexity builds.
- • Champion continuous learning by tracking Salesforce release notes, pilot features, and ecosystem innovations (e.g., Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein 1), then distilling insights into actionable enablement sessions that keep the entire company ahead of the curve.
- • Collaborate directly with C-suite stakeholders to align technical investments with revenue KPIs—translating board-level OKRs into system requirements that shorten sales cycles, increase win rates, and improve net revenue retention.
- • Contribute to Go Nimbly’s thought-leadership engine by co-authoring whitepapers, speaking at RevOps conferences, and publishing reference architectures that cement our reputation as the premier Salesforce consultancy for revenue operations.
- • Influence internal product strategy by feeding real-world client pain points into our IP development pipeline, ensuring our accelerators and frameworks solve tomorrow’s problems—not just today’s.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or CPQ Architect within consulting or high-growth SaaS environments.
- • Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools: Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Process Builder, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- • Proven track record designing scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that support 1,000+ users and 10M+ records with sub-second performance.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery workshops, translate business requirements into user stories, and present architectural options to both technical and non-technical executives.
- • Exceptional project-management discipline—comfortable juggling multiple client engagements while maintaining meticulous documentation, version control, and release governance.
- • Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein Next Best Action, Einstein GPT, Agentforce) and/or CPQ/CLM configuration at enterprise scale.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote, flexible working environment with no return-to-office mandates—work from anywhere in the US while staying connected through quarterly in-person offsites.
- • Competitive base salary of $140 k–$160 k plus a tiered performance bonus that rewards high-impact delivery and client satisfaction.
- • 100 % employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for US employees, plus generous PTO and a quarterly wellness stipend.
- • Annual “Go Nimbly Camp” offsite—an all-expenses-paid week of strategic planning, skill-building, and celebration in destinations like Lake Tahoe or Costa Rica.
- • Clear career-path framework and dedicated L&D budget ($3 k/year) for certifications (CTA, CPQ Specialist) and industry conferences (Dreamforce, RevOps Co-Op).
