- • As a Technical Architect at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients unlock business value by designing and implementing scalable integration solutions that connect data, processes, applications, and experiences across enterprise environments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to gather client requirements, lead solution design, develop platform enhancements using HTTP and SDK, and accelerate feature delivery to meet specific customer needs.
- • You will work closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into actionable roadmap improvements, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and ensure seamless customer experiences through expert troubleshooting and technical advocacy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Background in information systems, computing, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- • 10–15 years of experience in a similar technical architecture or solution design role
- • Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures
- • Proven experience designing and implementing solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments
- • Previous coding or development background with understanding of RDBMS and SOAP/XML (a plus)
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
