• • The Technical Business Analyst role at Qodeworld is pivotal in driving digital transformation within the Medtech division by connecting Diagnostic Lab systems with Salesforce.com to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness, ultimately improving physician engagement and patient outcomes.
• • Day to day, the individual will lead requirement gathering sessions for lab-to-Salesforce integrations, design data mappings between LIMS and Salesforce platforms, document current and future-state workflows, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments including HIPAA-related blockers, manage backlog grooming, and lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• • The role operates within Qodeworld’s Medtech division, supporting a cross-functional team focused on Salesforce-based digital transformation projects, with close collaboration between business, technical, and compliance stakeholders in the diagnostic lab space.
• • In this role, the candidate will deepen expertise in healthcare data integration, Agile delivery, and regulatory compliance while gaining influence over critical systems that power commercial operations in a high-impact Medtech environment.
