• • Amplify Education, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in optimizing core business processes across the organization.
• • As a key member of our operational support team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Owners and operational leaders, to enhance and manage our enterprise application landscape. This includes our ERP, CRM, HRIS, and the critical integration layer that connects them.
• • Your primary focus will be ensuring that our technical solutions seamlessly support the entire operational lifecycle, from lead-to-cash and record-to-report, driving efficiency and accuracy throughout.
• • This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, sharp analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills. You will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional definitions, providing essential clarification for development and QA teams, and meticulously conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within an agile development framework.
• • You will partner directly with Product Owners and operational stakeholders across departments such as Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Supply Chain, and Sales. Together, you will define, prioritize, and implement system enhancements for our ERP and CRM platforms.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve ensuring that our enterprise processes, including quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and revenue recognition, are not only scalable but also strategically aligned with our long-term architectural vision.
• • You will act as a crucial communication bridge across departments, proactively identifying potential changes to upstream or downstream processes that could impact financial transactions, demand planning, fulfillment operations, and critical reporting.
• • Your responsibilities will include gathering and meticulously documenting requirements for sophisticated system improvements, translating these into well-defined user stories complete with clear acceptance criteria.
• • You will be tasked with reviewing existing processes and procedures, providing insightful recommendations to operational teams and management on opportunities to optimize efficiencies and streamline workflows.
• • A key deliverable will be the creation of business and technical workflows that clearly outline and support the processes the business follows to execute its functions effectively.
• • You will independently extract and analyze data, identifying key trends to validate business assumptions and proactively propose process optimizations. This includes mapping complex system integrations and data flows across various SaaS applications to guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and robust governance of our enterprise data.
• • You will perform and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developing comprehensive test plans and ensuring test cases precisely align with business requirements and defined acceptance criteria.
• • You will prioritize information for Change Control meetings, securing the necessary approvals for the release and deployment of system changes, ensuring a controlled and effective change management process.
• • Documentation is vital; you will create clear system improvement documentation for end-users and potentially deliver training sessions to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new functionalities.
• • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the configuration of our ERP and CRM systems, ensuring their optimal performance.
• • Furthermore, you will evaluate and research industry standard practices to inform and support department and cross-department strategic initiatives, bringing best-in-class solutions to Amplify.
