📋 Description
- • As a Technical Consultant I at Achievers Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the company’s employee recognition and rewards platform to enterprise clients with over 5,000 employees across global markets, ensuring seamless technical implementation that drives user adoption and measurable impact on workplace culture and engagement.
- • You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end technical configuration and implementation of the Achievers software for complex, multinational enterprise clients, translating business requirements into scalable platform solutions while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, system performance, and client satisfaction.
- • The Technical Consultant serves as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams, guiding clients through design workshops, configuration decisions, testing phases, and integration touchpoints to ensure the platform aligns with organizational structures, HRIS systems, and global compliance needs.
- • Day to day, you will conduct detailed discovery sessions with client stakeholders to map organizational hierarchies, recognition program goals, and integration points; configure the Achievers platform including reward catalogs, nomination workflows, approval chains, badge systems, and reporting dashboards; develop and maintain comprehensive solution design documents and configuration specifications; perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality across multiple environments; troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and post-go-live hypercare periods; collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to escalate and resolve platform-related concerns; provide training and enablement sessions for client administrators and power users; and contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, edge cases, and process improvements.
- • You will work closely with a global, cross-functional team of implementation specialists, solution architects, product managers, and customer success partners who are deeply committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes through technical excellence and consultative partnership.
- • Achievers is a purpose-driven organization recognized for its innovative approach to employee engagement, serving 4.3 million users across 190 countries with a platform designed to foster continuous recognition, belonging, and performance at scale.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS configuration, HR technology integration, and change management within large organizations; gain hands-on experience with API-driven platforms, data mapping, and security protocols (including SSO, SCIM, and GDPR considerations); build consulting and client management skills in high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments; and position yourself for advancement into senior technical consulting, solution architecture, or client leadership roles within Achievers’ growing global professional services organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical consulting, SaaS implementation, CRM/HRIS configuration, or enterprise software deployment
- • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into technical configurations and solution designs
- • Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API concepts (REST/SOAP)
- • Experience with SSO (SAML, OIDC), user provisioning (SCIM), or HRIS integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is highly desirable
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort leading workshops and training sessions for non-technical audiences
- • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects with shifting priorities
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus eligibility
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
- • Generous paid time off (PTO) plus company holidays and wellness days
- • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
- • Professional development stipend and access to internal learning platforms
