📋 Description
- • As a Technical Consultant II at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise customers adopt and derive value from the Workato platform by bridging business needs with technical implementation. Your work directly impacts customer success, product improvement, and the scalability of automation solutions across industries.
- • Day to day, you will onboard new customers, gather integration requirements, lead solution design, share best practices, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, act as a customer advocate, conduct post-deployment health checks, create enablement content, and manage multiple projects to ensure exceptional service delivery.
