- • The Technical Customer Care Specialist I provides technical support and customer service for the Dealertrack DMS platform, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other channels to ensure timely resolution of product usage and technical issues.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include logging customer interactions in CRM systems, maintaining expert knowledge of Dealertrack products, adhering to service level agreements, managing multiple open tickets, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve cases.
- • Part of Cox Automotive’s Customer Care Group, this role supports dealer-facing technology solutions that power automotive retail operations, contributing to a seamless experience for dealers and end-users.
- • The role offers opportunities to develop deep technical expertise in automotive software systems, improve troubleshooting and communication skills, and grow within a customer-centric organization committed to innovation and employee development.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • Less than 2 years of relevant experience
- • Ability to troubleshoot and document system performance and functionality issues
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
