- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Customer Success Manager (SaaS) to ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes through a technology-driven podcast and content distribution service, playing a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success for fast-growing global companies.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, act as a trusted advisor by combining business context with technical understanding, translate client needs into documented processes and workflows, support data-driven conversations using platform metrics and reports, proactively resolve issues, partner with internal teams to align technical execution with client goals, and capture feedback and success stories for continuous improvement.
- • You will be part of a remote-first team at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., working with fast-growing global clients while building a long-term remote career, reporting directly to Executive Leadership and collaborating across internal teams to deliver scalable, repeatable service delivery aligned with client outcomes.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS customer success, strengthen your technical communication skills, gain hands-on experience with SQL and Python in a client-facing context, master remote collaboration tools, and grow your ability to drive measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled service delivery—positioning you for advancement into senior customer success, technical account management, or SaaS operations roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or SaaS support
- • Foundational knowledge of SQL and Python, with the ability to discuss logic, queries, or data flows
- • Prior remote work experience, strong command of remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience supporting U.S. or UK-based clients (non-negotiable)
