Technical Customer Support Advocate

📋 Description

• • As a Technical Customer Support Advocate at Procurify, you will serve as a Level 2 technical expert responsible for resolving complex customer issues while driving product improvements through customer insights and AI-enhanced support systems.
• • Your day-to-day work will involve managing and resolving high-priority technical tickets via email and live chat, leading occasional video troubleshooting sessions, documenting bugs for engineering teams, creating and optimizing internal/external documentation using AI tools, and acting as the technical lead for complex customer configurations including SSO, API integrations, data migrations, and workflow customizations.

• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS support operations, AI-driven knowledge engineering, enterprise system integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Stripe), and technical advocacy—positioning you to grow into senior technical account management, support engineering, or product-focused roles within a high-growth startup environment.
