📋 Description

• As a Technical Customer Support Professional at Trimble Nova, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and power-user of Trimble Nova, guiding customers in the DACH region through the digital transformation of their technical building systems (TGA/HLS). Your role bridges deep technical expertise in building services engineering with customer-facing consultancy, enabling leading TGA companies to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and adopt innovative software solutions.
• Day to day, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for professional customers, independently supporting them in the implementation and use of Trimble’s CAD and calculation software, resolving complex technical inquiries via the expert hotline with a focus on heating, ventilation, and sanitation (HLS), and helping users maximize productivity through optimal use of the Trimble MEP software ecosystem.
• You will join Trimble’s AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) division, a global leader in connecting the digital and physical worlds through technology that improves productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability across industries including construction, geospatial, transportation, and public sector. Trimble MEP specializes in digital solutions for building systems engineering, empowering professionals to design, install, and operate efficient technical building systems.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Trimble Nova and the broader MEP software suite, strengthen your customer advisory and technical communication skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that advance sustainable building practices—helping make buildings safer, more efficient, and environmentally responsible for communities worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training as a system planner, technician, or engineer in building services engineering (HLS/HLSE)
• Proficiency in German language (spoken and written) for regional customer support
• Experience with CAD/CAE software in the HLSE domain, particularly Trimble Nova
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of professional customer interaction
• Structured work style with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Prior experience in technical support or software implementation is advantageous
