- • As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at Trust Wallet, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless user experience by combining technical troubleshooting with customer support to resolve issues across wallet functionality, payment systems, and backend services.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing timely support via email and other channels, performing technical triage of user-reported issues, investigating problems using internal tools and logs, monitoring system behavior for anomalies, assisting in incident response, and escalating complex issues with structured context.
- • You will work within Trust Wallet, the world’s leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet trusted by over 200 million users, operating in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on Web3, blockchain, and AI-powered financial tools.
- • In this role, you will develop strong technical troubleshooting skills, gain deep exposure to blockchain and payment systems, improve cross-functional collaboration abilities, and contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives that enhance system reliability and user satisfaction.
