- • As a Technical Enablement Engineer at Semperis, you will own the development and operations of the hands-on lab ecosystem for Semperis products, enabling technical training and certification across global teams.
- • Day to day, you will design scalable lab topologies, configure lab delivery platforms, collaborate with SMEs to build scenario-based labs, and partner with Product and Engineering to keep labs aligned with product releases.
- • You will join the Global Technical Enablement team within a fast-growing cybersecurity company recognized as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Cybersecurity Companies and a multi-year Inc. Best Workplace awardee.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in identity security, lab automation, and technical certification design while influencing enablement strategy across internal, partner, and customer audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT with a focus on Active Directory, Entra ID / Azure AD, and identity/security in hybrid environments.
- • 5+ years designing, implementing, or operating hands-on lab or sandbox environments for technical training, certification, or customer workshops.
- • Strong engineering and implementation experience across Windows Server, AD, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure required; AWS or others a plus).
- • Proven ability to translate complex technical scenarios into structured lab experiences with clear tasks, validation steps, and success criteria.
- • Experience writing and maintaining scripts in PowerShell, Python and Bash.
- • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
