• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the architecture, design, and seamless delivery of robust, scalable full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on leveraging .NET for the backend and Next.js for the frontend.
• • You will provide indispensable technical leadership across multiple projects, championing and enforcing best practices in critical areas such as application performance, robust security measures, horizontal and vertical scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• • A key aspect of this role involves designing and implementing sophisticated cloud-native solutions, specifically on the Microsoft Azure platform, utilizing services like Azure App Services for hosting, Azure Front Door for global traffic management, and Azure SQL Database for resilient data storage.
• • You will actively guide and uplift fellow engineers through comprehensive code reviews, providing insightful technical mentoring, and offering clear architectural guidance to ensure alignment and consistency across the development teams.
• • Effective collaboration is paramount; you will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and various stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions are not only sound but also strategically aligned with overarching business objectives and user needs.
• • You will play a crucial role in defining, documenting, and maintaining high-level engineering standards, establishing efficient CI/CD practices for automated deployments, and optimizing development workflows to maximize productivity and code quality.
• • A significant part of your remit will be to oversee and ensure the reliability, effective monitoring, and comprehensive observability of our systems, leveraging Azure's powerful tools such as Application Insights for deep performance and error analysis.
• • You will actively support the design and implementation of dynamic, real-time features, utilizing technologies like SignalR to enable seamless WebSocket communication and enhance user experience.
• • Leading integrations with a variety of external services is a core function, including complex authentication platforms and secure payment gateway systems, ensuring smooth and reliable data exchange.
• • Proactively identifying potential technical risks and challenges is essential, coupled with the ability to propose and implement effective solutions and mitigation strategies before they impact project timelines or quality.
• • You will serve as the primary technical escalation point for the team, resolving complex and critical technical challenges that require deep expertise and strategic problem-solving.
