📋 Description

• As a Technical Manager at Plain Concepts S.L., you will lead and coordinate technical teams to deliver innovative software solutions that meet client needs and drive business impact.
• You will manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion while maintaining high-quality standards and proactive client communication.
• You will work within a global, multidisciplinary team of over 500 professionals across 6+ countries, embracing Agile methodologies and flat, collaborative structures that empower ownership and innovation.
• You will deepen your expertise in cutting-edge technologies including cloud (GCP), DevOps, Node.js, React.js, and GenAI, while developing leadership skills in team management, stakeholder engagement, and technical solution design.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, managing web projects and teams of 10+ people.
• Solid technical background as a software engineer, ideally with expertise in Node.js and React.js.
• Experience in Cloud and DevOps, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of GenAI concepts such as RAG and AI agents.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and stakeholder interactions.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (mandatory).
