- • A Technical Marketing Engineer role at Global Talent Co. focused on bridging product capabilities with marketing initiatives for an AI-driven DevOps platform that enables autonomous operations across cloud infrastructure, site reliability, and observability.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, documentation, demo videos, and white papers; building and maintaining demo applications and proof-of-concepts; delivering technical presentations for webinars and events; engaging with developer communities; and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align content with campaign goals and support sales enablement.
- • The company builds an agentic OS for DevOps using AI agents to make cloud environments self-building, self-governing, self-healing, and self-optimizing, trusted by enterprises in regulated industries to improve development velocity and operational reliability.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in DevOps, SRE, and cloud technologies while refining their ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, build a public technical portfolio, and influence how cutting-edge infrastructure tools are adopted and understood by engineers and decision-makers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong software development background with hands-on coding experience in Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern workflows
- • Familiarity with SRE practices, incident response, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
- • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- • Experience creating technical content including blogs, videos, documentation, and presentations
- • 3–5 years in DevOps, SRE, or related technical roles
- • 1–2 years in technical marketing, developer relations, or content creation
- • Portfolio of technical content (blogs, videos, GitHub, etc.)
