• • As a Technical Partner Manager for AMER Banks at Stripe, you will serve as the primary technical and operational liaison for strategic financial institution partners, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability of Stripe’s payment solutions within the banking ecosystem. Your role is critical to advancing Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet by enabling trusted, high-impact partnerships with major banks across the Americas.
• • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end technical onboarding and integration of bank partners, define and monitor partner health metrics, lead incident response and root cause analysis, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships teams to align on technical priorities, and engage senior technology and operations leaders at partner institutions to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• • You will join the Global Partner Engineering & Operations (PE&O) team, a core function within Stripe’s Global Partnerships organization that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships. This team enables seamless cross-functional collaboration to support Stripe’s rapid growth by managing the technical and operational aspects of strategic product partnerships, particularly with financial institutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fintech partnerships, payment infrastructure, and large-scale technical program management. You will develop leadership skills in influencing without authority, driving operational excellence through data-driven insights, and scaling global partner operations — positioning yourself for advancement into senior partnership, product, or operations leadership roles within Stripe’s high-impact Global Partnerships organization.
