You will translate complex fire-safety regulations and cutting-edge wireless technology into clear, compelling stories that win the hearts—and purchase orders—of installers, consultants, and end-users.
• • Design and deliver high-impact technical seminars, road-shows, and CPD-accredited webinars that turn skeptical engineers into enthusiastic Ajax ambassadors. Expect audiences ranging from 5-person family-run installers to 200+ delegate conferences at IFSEC or Expoprotection; your mission is to make every attendee leave saying, “I finally understand how wireless EN54 can be this simple and reliable.”
• • Create and maintain a living library of German-language technical collateral: installation guides, tender response templates, competitive battle-cards, and ROI calculators. Your documentation will shave days off bid preparation for our partners and become the gold standard that competitors try to copy.
• • Act as the bridge between R&D in Kyiv and the realities of German fire regulations. You will beta-test new detectors, hubs, and firmware in real-world sites across Berlin, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and Cologne, then feed concise, data-driven insights back to product managers so the next release is 10 % easier to install and 20 % faster to commission.
• • Support the regional sales team by turning lukewarm portal leads into hot opportunities. You will run remote site surveys, produce bill-of-materials, and even jump in the car for on-site demonstrations when a 2,000-unit housing project is on the line. When a 40-story hotel in Frankfurt reports a commissioning hiccup, you will triage remotely, dispatch the right replacement hardware, and document the fix so future sites never hit the same snag.
