  • • Partner with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to align cardiac safety product initiatives with portfolio strategy and long-term product vision.
  • • Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps that ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and launch plans for clinical trial solutions.
  • • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to define product architecture, user experiences, and workflows for Cardiac Safety solutions used in clinical trials.
  • • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, evidence-based product requirements while balancing technical debt, system architecture, and new feature development.
  • • Lead cross-functional release planning, launch readiness activities, and continuous improvement efforts across regulated healthcare technology platforms.
  • • Serve as a subject matter expert on Cardiac Safety products within the organization, providing guidance on regulatory, technical, and user-centric considerations.
  • • Work directly with customers in clinical research and life sciences environments to incorporate user feedback into product decisions and enhancements.
  • • Design and refine data workflows and user interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI teams to support the collection, management, and interpretation of cardiac data.
  • • Prioritize competing product initiatives based on strategic business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer impact.
  • • Influence diverse stakeholder groups including clinical teams, regulatory affairs, engineering, and sales to drive alignment and execution.
  • • Apply analytical and data-driven decision-making skills within agile development environments to guide product evolution and optimization.
  • • Manage the full product lifecycle from planning and development through launch and ongoing optimization for medical technology used in clinical trials.
  • • Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards in healthcare and clinical research settings, particularly for systems handling physiological signals.
  • • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes through clear written, verbal, and presentation formats in English to internal and external audiences.
  • • Travel up to 25% as required to support customer engagements, team collaborations, or product launches.
  • • Leverage experience managing medical devices that acquire physiological signals, such as ECG systems, to inform product design and regulatory strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, medicine, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • • Minimum 3 years of product management experience
  • • Experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or clinical trials environments
  • • Full product lifecycle experience, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization
  • • Experience managing medical devices that acquire physiological signals used for monitoring or diagnosis, such as ECG systems
  • • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers and incorporate user feedback into product decisions
