- • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Cosuno’s integrations product area, including the REST API and third-party connectors like RIB iTWO, shaping them from early stage into the foundational infrastructure for the construction industry.
- • Travel regularly to customer sites across Germany to observe, support, and co-implement integrations firsthand, gaining deep insight into their systems, data flows, and operational constraints.
- • Elicit, document, and prioritize integration requirements directly from German construction companies, translating complex, real-world needs into clear, actionable product tickets for engineering teams.
- • Validate API functionality and documentation independently using tools like Postman to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve the developer and customer experience.
- • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to remove friction in the integration process, ensuring seamless connectivity between Cosuno and customers’ existing ERP, estimating, and procurement systems.
- • Define and evolve the integrations roadmap by balancing customer demand, technical feasibility, platform strategy, and long-term scalability goals.
- • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, bridging business needs with engineering capabilities through precise communication and technical context.
- • Maintain and improve API documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability for external developers and internal stakeholders.
- • Leverage AI tools — including LLM-based assistants and no-code prototyping — routinely in daily work to accelerate research, documentation, testing, and requirement synthesis.
- • Champion a platform-first mindset, ensuring every integration decision contributes to building Cosuno as the central infrastructure other construction tools and AI agents connect to.
- • Work fully remotely from anywhere in Germany or from the Berlin Friedrichshain office, with flexible hours to support work-life balance and customer visit schedules.
- • Participate in regular company off-sites and team events designed to foster connection and collaboration beyond day-to-day tasks.
- • Contribute to an open feedback culture with consistent 1:1s and development conversations focused on growth, impact, and alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, platform, or developer-facing products
- • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, including reading documentation and validating endpoints using tools like Postman
- • Native-level German fluency (required for direct customer interaction and on-site work)
- • Fluent English proficiency
- • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites across Germany
- • Proven ability to translate ambiguous, real-world integration needs into prioritized, well-scoped technical tickets
