- • Lead end-to-end development of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap creation to full-scale rollout, automating over 50k monthly chats and >70% of inbound sales and service requests.
- • Partner with engineering teams to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that balance latency, cost, and accuracy in LLM-driven systems.
- • Serve as the technical translator between engineering and cross-functional teams, establishing AI best practices and platform standards across the organization.
- • Drive systematic improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation and data-backed decision-making.
- • Collaborate directly with OpenAI to evaluate, integrate, and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation capabilities into the ChatGPT App.
- • Own the strategic direction of AI systems that redefine car ownership by automating fragmented, legacy processes in a $2T industry.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining deep engagement with engineering workflows.
- • Dive into product and system data using SQL to validate hypotheses, uncover insights, and guide iterative improvements in AI performance and user outcomes.
- • Build and scale production-grade AI platforms that integrate human-in-the-loop feedback, computer-use agents, and internal APIs to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing scalable solutions that elevate automation rates, reduce operational friction, and enhance customer retention.
- • Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied AI to shape the future of an AI-powered super app used by over 5 million customers.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with the latest LLM releases, model capabilities, and industry advancements, applying real-time knowledge to product development and system design.
- • Lead initiatives that align AI system performance with business metrics including automation rate, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in technical product management or management consulting at a fast-paced startup
- • Proven interest in and hands-on experience with modern LLM systems, including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails
- • Demonstrated ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead implementation of AI platform standards in production environments
- • Proficiency in SQL and experience using data to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions
- • Track record of turning complex, strategic AI ideas into scalable, production-grade products
- • Strong systems thinking skills with comfort in technical conversations around API design and architecture
