- • As a Technical Product Manager, Consumer + AI at Legion Health, you will own the end-to-end patient experience for an AI-native psychiatric care platform, transforming complex clinical and operational workflows into intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable consumer products that drive retention and clinical outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will define product strategy, write detailed specs, prototype user flows, partner with engineering and design to ship features, measure impact using SQL and analytics tools, and iterate based on patient feedback, support data, and clinical metrics across onboarding, intake, scheduling, visit prep, medication workflows, messaging, and reactivation.
- • Legion Health is a Y Combinator-backed startup building autonomous medical care starting with psychiatry, using AI to automate 95% of administrative work and recently becoming the first company to receive regulatory authorization for AI to prescribe psychiatric medications, with a mission to deliver 10X better patient and clinician experiences at lower cost.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in consumer AI product development, healthcare regulation, clinical workflows, and data-driven iteration while earning founder-level visibility and shaping the product foundation of a company aiming to revolutionize healthcare delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management, product engineering, technical founder, or equivalent experience with ownership of consumer-facing web or mobile products
- • Strong consumer product instincts with a track record of shipping products that users understand, trust, and return to
- • Technical fluency in APIs, data models, event instrumentation, backend/frontend systems, AI workflows, and engineering tradeoffs
- • Hands-on ability to navigate codebases, logs, API docs, and session recordings to understand system behavior without relying on engineers for every investigation
- • Experience partnering with engineering and design from problem definition through launch, including PRDs, UX flows, sprint planning, QA, and metric tracking
- • Strong analytical skills with comfort in SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to define metrics and measure impact
