  • • As a Technical Program Manager at Mapbox, you will drive strategic programs for key enterprise customers, ensuring on-time delivery and successful adoption of location-based solutions that power navigation for people, packages, and vehicles globally.
  • • You will serve as the primary liaison between premium support customers and internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable plans, managing program lifecycles from kickoff to post-launch, and advocating for customer success while aligning with Mapbox’s product and engineering roadmaps.
  • • You will work within Mapbox’s Customer Engagement team, collaborating across product, engineering, sales, support, and leadership to define success metrics, resolve complex issues, and maintain high-quality delivery standards for enterprise implementations.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Mapbox’s platform, APIs, SDKs, and cloud architectures, while honing your ability to lead senior-level discussions, manage risk, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority—growing your impact as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations or professional services delivery in a post-sales environment
  • • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments from kickoff through production launch
  • • Strong technical fluency with cloud architectures, API/SDK integrations, and enterprise technical ecosystems to anticipate risks and guide execution
  • • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and confidently with audiences ranging from developers to senior leaders
  • • Demonstrated skill in driving cross-functional alignment across sales, product, engineering, support, and executive teams to deliver customer outcomes
