- • The Technical Project Manager at NewEra Technologies Ltd. plays a critical role in delivering complex technology solutions by overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, and contractual commitments while driving collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution; developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress; managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verified techniques; measuring performance with appropriate project management tools; reporting and escalating issues to senior leadership as needed; maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships; establishing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation; delegating tasks based on team members’ strengths and experience; conducting client briefings to clarify requirements; performing proactive risk management to minimize potential issues; and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of proven experience in Technical Project Management
- • Experience managing technical projects in large-scale enterprise environments
- • Background in technology, specifically with network devices and physical infrastructure
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software tools
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders
- • Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills
- • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
- • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
- • Proactive in keeping up with evolving technologies and industry trends
- • Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities
- • Detail-oriented with solid multitasking capabilities
- • PMP, CCNA or equivalent knowledge/certifications a plus (not mandatory); ITIL certification also a plus
