📋 Description

• Track and maintain organization of all active engineering projects using Linear to ensure visibility and accountability across backend, mobile, and web teams
• Follow up on blockers affecting product, design, backend, mobile, and web teams to unblock progress and keep initiatives moving forward
• Write concise, lightweight status updates that align cross-functional teams without introducing bureaucratic overhead or unnecessary meetings
• Facilitate coordination between engineering sub-teams to prevent duplicate efforts, identify missed dependencies, and streamline workflow
• Proactively identify when projects are slipping timelines and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders to realign priorities and resources
• Participate in engineering discussions to understand technical context and escalate critical decisions to decision-makers in a timely manner
• Transform daily operational chaos into clear next steps, ownership assignments, and actionable items that enable engineers to focus on building
• Serve as the central point of coordination for engineering initiatives without imposing rigid processes or excessive standups
• Maintain awareness of all ongoing technical work to ensure no project falls through the cracks while engineering teams are deeply focused on execution
• Work directly with the engineering lead to reduce coordination overhead and increase the velocity of technical delivery
• Operate with a low-ego mindset, prioritizing team success over personal recognition in a fast-paced, high-change environment
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and emerging technical needs while maintaining clarity and structure across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Act as a bridge between engineering and other departments to ensure alignment on technical deliverables and timelines
• Keep project tracking systems accurate and up to date to reflect real-time progress and dependencies
• Support engineering teams by anticipating needs before they become bottlenecks and proactively organizing resources to address them

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in fast-moving engineering environments
• Positive attitude toward chaos and ambiguity, with ability to create order without slowing things down
• Low-ego personality who can work effectively with engineers at all levels
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical projects
• Experience coordinating between mobile and web development teams
• Familiarity with Linear, Jira, or similar project tracking tools
