  • • Own SKU-level capacity management across Vultr’s global infrastructure to ensure targets are met and shortages are proactively avoided
  • • Monitor infrastructure utilization, demand trends, and deployment progress across all 33 global data center locations
  • • Use data, dashboards, and reporting tools (including Microsoft Power BI) to forecast capacity needs and trigger timely deployment actions
  • • Partner with engineering, procurement, infrastructure operations, systems administration, and solutions engineering teams to align on forecasts and translate insights into actionable deployment plans
  • • Orchestrate and track cross-functional workstreams using Jira to ensure visibility, accountability, and timely execution
  • • Identify bottlenecks in capacity deployment processes and implement improvements to minimize delays and increase efficiency
  • • Champion end-to-end deployment of cloud infrastructure components from procurement through production readiness
  • • Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of capacity allocation and utilization at the SKU level across regions and product families
  • • Translate complex operational data into clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
  • • Ensure alignment between business demand forecasts and infrastructure capacity planning to support Vultr’s global growth and AI innovation initiatives
  • • Drive continuous improvement in capacity planning workflows by analyzing historical data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending process enhancements
  • • Maintain strong communication with internal teams to coordinate logistics, procurement timelines, and deployment schedules
  • • Serve as the central point of accountability for infrastructure capacity delivery across Vultr’s global cloud compute, Cloud GPU, Bare Metal, and Cloud Storage offerings
  • • Leverage data-driven decision-making to prioritize capacity investments and optimize resource allocation across regions
  • • Ensure all capacity deployment activities comply with operational standards and support Vultr’s commitment to high-performance, affordable, and locally accessible cloud infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in program management, infrastructure operations, or capacity planning
  • • Experience with cloud infrastructure, data centers, or hardware deployment environments
  • • Strong understanding of operational workflows (e.g., deployment, logistics, supply chain)
  • • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive execution
  • • Experience with Jira, Microsoft Power BI, or similar tools
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions on capacity and prioritization
