- • As a Technical Project Manager for Crusoe Energy Systems LLC's Spark initiative, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of modular AI infrastructure deployments, ensuring rapid, predictable delivery of power and compute systems critical to advancing AI workloads.
- • You will manage project schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate site readiness including permitting and utility interconnection; proactively mitigate risks across procurement, construction, networking, and power systems; and serve as the central orchestrator between internal teams (Real Estate, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction) and external contractors to maintain deployment velocity.
- • Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the full stack from electrons to tokens, with a mission to accelerate energy and intelligence abundance through its 'Speed is the only moat' philosophy and modular Spark data center deployments targeting 100+ units by 2027.
- • You will contribute to creating and refining the Spark Deployment Playbook, standardizing processes for fast, repeatable deployments, while developing expertise in large-scale infrastructure project management and gaining visibility into cutting-edge AI infrastructure operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of experience managing complex, capital-intensive infrastructure or first-of-a-kind projects (data centers, energy, advanced manufacturing) with budgets exceeding $100M
- • Demonstrated expertise in scheduling software, leveraging schedules as a proactive decision-making tool
- • Technical acumen to manage engineering requirements and evaluate trade-offs across electrical, mechanical, civil, cloud, and network engineering domains
- • Experience managing and coordinating multiple third-party service providers whose deliverables impact the critical path
- • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with ability to adjust communication styles and maintain clarity during ambiguity or change
