- • The Technical QA Analyst II is a critical contributor to delivering high-quality products within the Capital Rx JUDI platform, aligning with business goals and exceeding user expectations by ensuring seamless execution of the product roadmap through proactive identification and resolution of technical issues.
- • Day to day, the role involves identifying and triaging technical issues in the JUDI tech stack, conducting root cause analysis using logs and database queries, monitoring system performance via CloudWatch/Datadog/New Relic, writing and executing complex SQL queries to analyze data discrepancies, supporting AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), collaborating with Product Managers and engineers to translate requirements into test plans, participating in agile ceremonies, executing manual and exploratory QA tasks, supporting UAT, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
