- • Technical Recruiter (1-Year Contract) at Twelve Labs Inc., a global AI company developing cutting-edge multimodal foundation models for video understanding, backed by $107M in funding from top-tier investors including NVIDIA’s NVentures, NEA, and Radical Ventures.
- • Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for ML, Software Engineering, and Product roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and process optimization using data-driven insights.
- • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies, improve candidate experience, and strengthen employer branding in a fast-growing, hybrid work environment based in Seoul with global impact.
- • Drive recruitment process innovation, analyze hiring metrics, and partner with executives to build high-performing teams aligned with Twelve Labs’ mission to advance video understanding and multimodal AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing and hiring top engineering and ML talent
- • Business-level English proficiency for effective communication with global teams and stakeholders
- • Experience designing and managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including data-driven decision-making and process efficiency improvements
