  • • As a foundational Technical Recruiter at Fathom Technologies Inc., you will be instrumental in scaling our rapidly growing team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent acquisition strategy.
  • • You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, from initial sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-bar, high-growth tech environments.
  • • Proven success in top-of-funnel ownership, either as a dedicated sourcer or a full-cycle recruiter who independently fills their own pipeline.
  • • Demonstrated skill in crafting a compelling narrative and executing strategic closing techniques.
  • • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage process, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • • Proficiency in using pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify recruiting issues.
  • • Bonus: Experience in non-technical recruiting, employer branding, and/or building recruiting infrastructure.
  • • Ability to thrive in low-structure startup environments and build processes as needed.
  • • A candidate-centric approach that balances empathy with pragmatism.
  • • Collaborative partnership skills with hiring managers, offering effective coaching and strategic support.
