- • You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, from initial sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-bar, high-growth tech environments.
- • Proven success in top-of-funnel ownership, either as a dedicated sourcer or a full-cycle recruiter who independently fills their own pipeline.
- • Demonstrated skill in crafting a compelling narrative and executing strategic closing techniques.
- • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage process, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- • Proficiency in using pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify recruiting issues.
- • Bonus: Experience in non-technical recruiting, employer branding, and/or building recruiting infrastructure.
- • Ability to thrive in low-structure startup environments and build processes as needed.
- • A candidate-centric approach that balances empathy with pragmatism.
