• • As a Technical Recruiter at Horizon3.ai, you will play a high-impact role in scaling the engineering organization by attracting, engaging, and closing top technical talent in a competitive market.
• • You will own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to build diverse, high-quality pipelines and ensure exceptional hires are made quickly and thoughtfully.
• • You will drive end-to-end recruiting strategy—from sourcing and outreach to process design, candidate experience, and closing—while continuously improving processes through data, creativity, and experimentation.
