- • As a Technical Recruiter at Istari Digital, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our growing team. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top-tier technical talent to managing candidate experience and ensuring a smooth onboarding. This position requires a proactive, resourceful, and personable individual dedicated to building a robust talent pipeline and facilitating a seamless hiring journey for both candidates and hiring managers. You will be a key contributor to our mission by ensuring we bring in the best minds to drive innovation and success in the digital engineering space.
- • Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, AI/ML specialists, systems engineers, and cybersecurity experts. You will leverage various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry events, and niche job boards to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also be tasked with screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- • A significant part of your role will involve partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans. You will provide guidance and expertise on market trends, compensation, and best practices in technical recruiting. Maintaining a high level of communication and transparency with all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and HR leadership, will be paramount.
- • You will manage the entire candidate experience, ensuring it is positive, engaging, and efficient. This includes scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for tracking recruitment metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and reporting on recruitment progress to leadership. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with potential candidates and maintaining an active talent community will be crucial for future hiring needs.
