- • As a Technical Recruiter at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering teams that define the future of enterprise procurement through AI-powered solutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping enterprises innovate faster.
- • You will own the full-cycle recruiting lifecycle for software engineering roles—including backend, frontend, fullstack, data engineering, security, ML, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and AI engineers—by sourcing, screening, negotiating offers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while partnering with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
- • You will join a high-impact team at Zip, an AI procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, and NASA, backed by top-tier investors and recognized for innovation, where you’ll collaborate with product leaders from Apple, Airbnb, and Meta, and former procurement leaders from major enterprises.
- • You will develop expertise in technical recruiting at scale, build scalable hiring processes, gain deep insights into compensation and equity negotiation in startups, and grow your influence as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while advancing your career in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Software Engineering roles (backend, frontend & full-stack)
- • Proven success hiring for other Engineering roles such as Data Engineering, Security Engineering, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and AI Engineers
- • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Zip’s story and value prop to top talent
- • Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
- • Familiarity with compensation structures and negotiating startup equity packages
