• • As a Technical Recruiter at Fastino AI Inc., you will be at the forefront of building our world-class AI research and engineering teams. This is a critical role where you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire the brightest minds in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of Fastino by identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent that will drive our mission to develop specialized, efficient AI.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruiting process for our technical roles. This includes everything from the initial kickoff meeting with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles, through the meticulous sourcing and screening of candidates, managing the interview process, and ultimately extending and negotiating offers. You will be fully accountable for meeting our ambitious hiring goals and ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
• • A significant part of your role will involve developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies. You will need to be creative and persistent in identifying passive candidates, particularly those with expertise in cutting-edge areas like Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and core AI research. This will involve leveraging a variety of tools and techniques, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter searches, professional networks, industry events, and potentially building relationships with academic institutions and research labs.
• • You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our hiring managers and interview panels. This involves deeply understanding the technical nuances of each role, the team dynamics, and the specific skills and experience required for success. Your ability to align on the hiring bar and ensure a consistent, fair, and effective interview process will be crucial. You will guide managers through best practices in interviewing and candidate assessment.
• • Building and strengthening Fastino's employer brand within the AI and research communities is another key aspect of your contribution. You will be an ambassador for our company, effectively communicating our mission, our groundbreaking work with the GLiNER family of models, our strong funding from top-tier investors like Microsoft and Khosla Ventures, and our vibrant culture. Your efforts will help position Fastino as an employer of choice for top AI talent.
• • You will be expected to meticulously track and analyze key recruiting metrics. This includes monitoring pipeline health, understanding time-to-fill for various roles, conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, and source effectiveness. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify areas for process improvement, optimize our recruitment strategies, and continuously enhance the quality of hire. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our overall talent acquisition approach.
