📋 Description

• As a Technical Recruiter at Vendelux, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the engineering team by owning full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles across all levels, directly impacting the company’s ability to innovate and grow in the event intelligence space.
• You will partner with engineering managers and founders to understand technical needs, source and engage top technical talent through proactive outreach, manage the interview process, negotiate offers, and continuously improve hiring efficiency using data-driven insights.
• Vendelux is a fast-growing Series A SaaS company transforming event marketing with AI-powered insights, backed by top investors and built by alumni from industry leaders like Bain, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, and more.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical recruiting, shape employer branding and hiring processes as the company scales, and gain visibility into high-impact hiring decisions that drive product and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in-house at a tech company
• Demonstrated experience recruiting software engineers across disciplines such as backend, frontend, fullstack, infrastructure, and ML/AI
• Prior experience at early-stage startups (Seed through Series B) and comfort with ambiguity and high-velocity environments
• Strong technical literacy to understand job requirements, speak credibly with candidates, and evaluate technical backgrounds
• Proven track record filling hard-to-hire senior engineering roles through proactive and creative sourcing
• Experience working autonomously without a large recruiting team, with a self-sufficient approach to tools and process
