Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • As a Technical Recruiter for Starbridge Systems, Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s global hiring strategy by identifying, qualifying, and engaging world-class technical talent across EMEA and LATAM regions. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to scale with top-tier engineers and technical professionals in a highly competitive market, ensuring that Starbridge maintains its momentum in delivering innovative solutions to customers.
  • You will partner closely with hiring managers and R&D leadership to define role requirements, design effective interview processes, and build success profiles that align with both technical needs and company culture. This collaboration ensures that every hire not only meets skill benchmarks but also thrives in Starbridge’s fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the full candidate lifecycle for technical roles: conducting resume reviews, leading initial screenings, assessing both technical and behavioral competencies, and managing candidate progression through the hiring funnel. You will actively manage inbound applications, referrals, and sourced candidates to maintain a strong and steady pipeline.
  • You will support later-stage interviews by conducting deeper evaluations when needed—whether technical deep-dives or competency-based assessments—to accelerate decision-making and ensure hiring managers have the insights necessary to make confident offers.
  • A core part of your role will be ensuring a world-class candidate experience: communicating clearly and promptly, providing constructive feedback, and authentically representing Starbridge’s mission, values, and culture throughout every touchpoint. This focus on experience helps build the company’s employer brand in competitive talent markets.
  • You will help streamline recruiting operations by implementing best practices around tools, workflows, and reporting. This includes optimizing the use of applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and data-driven recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and transparency across the hiring process.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide valuable market insights on compensation trends, candidate availability, and regional hiring norms across EMEA and LATAM. Your understanding of local compliance requirements and cultural nuances will be essential in navigating diverse talent landscapes effectively and ethically.
  • The team at Starbridge operates with extreme speed, customer obsession, and a belief that fun is a feature—not an afterthought. You’ll join a culture where momentum, decisiveness, and hands-on engagement are valued, and where joy, humor, and camaraderie are intentionally cultivated to build resilient, high-performing teams.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical recruiting within high-growth SaaS environments, sharpen your ability to assess complex technical profiles, and gain experience scaling talent acquisition in early-stage companies. You’ll have the opportunity to influence hiring strategy at a global level and grow into a strategic talent partner as the company expands.

🎯 Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on technical roles in high-growth startups or SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently qualify, screen, and progress candidates through hiring processes.
  • Experience working with EMEA talent markets, including sensitivity to local hiring norms and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive communication style.
  • Ownership mentality: thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and biases toward action.

🏖️ Benefits

  • Competitive salary + early-stage equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Regular offsites (NYC + global locations)
  • Eligibility to work in Europe or LATAM (candidates must hold valid work authorization; no visa sponsorship offered)
