This includes sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for roles such as Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Product Managers, and Program Managers.

  • • Foster deep collaboration with the broader talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership. Contribute to shaping overarching recruitment strategies, champion process improvements, and lead high-impact, complex hiring projects from inception to completion.
  • • Apply a comprehensive understanding of recruiting tools and industry best practices. Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring adherence to established processes within our systems that directly influence reporting accuracy and the overall hiring strategy.
  • • Maintain and leverage a profound understanding of labor market dynamics and emerging trends relevant to technical hiring.
  • • Take full ownership of pipeline direction and execution, driving measurable results through data-driven metrics. This includes tracking sourcing outreach effectiveness, candidate engagement, and offer/close rates.
  • • Utilize extensive recruiting experience and in-depth technical knowledge, combined with a keen understanding of company hiring objectives, to resolve complex talent acquisition challenges and continuously refine recruitment processes.
  • • Manage and execute the hiring roadmap for multiple teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effectively communicating priorities and progress to stakeholders.
  • • Guide the application of existing recruitment principles and processes while actively contributing to the development of new policies and innovative ideas to enhance our talent acquisition function.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform and adapt recruitment strategies.
