📋 Description
- • As a Technical Sales Solutions Consultant at Deel, you will partner directly with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success by showcasing the value, credibility, and technical fit of Deel’s all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams.
- • Day to day, you will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to support prospective clients through the sales process—conducting discovery, delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, leading integration and architecture workshops, and translating client needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant solution designs.
- • You will join a rapidly growing, globally distributed team of over 7,000 people across more than 100 countries, united by a mission to unlock global opportunity and build the infrastructure for the future of work through innovative HR and payroll technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS solution selling, technical consulting, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to deals that impact how businesses hire, pay, and manage talent worldwide—accelerating your career as a trusted advisor in the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or equivalent customer-facing technical role.
- • Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market and/or enterprise), including discovery, demonstrations, security reviews, and system integrations.
- • Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and common integration approaches such as APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance systems, and data flow architectures.
- • Comfortable leading technical conversations with diverse stakeholders including IT, Security, Operations, Finance, HR, and business leaders.
- • Willingness to travel occasionally (~10% or less) within and outside your territory to support client engagements and internal initiatives.
