  • • As a Technical Service Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing success and technical proficiency of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrated customers, directly impacting patient care and operational efficiency.

  • • You will be an integral part of the EHR Integration team, collaborating closely with Technical Project Managers, Customer Care, and Revenue Cycle Management teams to swiftly diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
  • • Lead customers through critical expansion and maintenance projects, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of iRhythm's innovative cardiac monitoring solutions.
  • • Drive innovation in our processes and support methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings and customer experience.
  • • Engage directly with customers to facilitate the expansion of Zio Integration into new sites and specialties, adapting to evolving needs and strategic goals.
  • • Take ownership of escalated issues from other customer support functions, guaranteeing the delivery of timely, effective, and high-quality customer service.
  • • Dive deep into troubleshooting customer-related challenges within our interface engine, specifically IRIS by InterSystems, and proactively develop robust processes to prevent recurrence.
  • • Analyze customer support trends, transforming data into actionable insights and presenting data-driven solutions to enhance our services and customer satisfaction.
  • • Partner with current integrated customers to thoroughly understand their unique business needs, identifying and addressing any gaps in our existing processes and offerings.
  • • Foster strong, independent working relationships with client implementation teams, while also collaborating effectively across various iRhythm departments.
  • • Align with customers on strategic action plans designed to achieve key success metrics and goals for EHR integration, thereby accelerating the adoption of Zio throughout their health systems.
  • • Provide essential post-implementation partnership with iRhythm's Customer Care, Revenue Cycle Services, and Commercial Partnerships organizations, ensuring sustained customer success and support.
  • • Spearhead internal projects aimed at refining our processes and enhancing customer value, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
  • • You will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve greater efficiencies and better patient outcomes through seamless integration of our cutting-edge cardiac monitoring technology.
