• • Provide pre-sales technical support and sample analysis services for Agilent LCMS-related products.
• • Develop application methods and solutions based on Agilent LCMS products to meet customer needs and expectations.
• • Conduct complex sample analysis in assigned industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, materials, and scientific research.
• • Understand customer challenges and deliver appropriate technical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• • Support the sales team with technical expertise, including training, answering technical and application-related questions, and providing product guidance.
• • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations at seminars, lectures, and industry conferences.
• • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate technical communication and alignment with customer requirements.
• • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LCMS technologies, regulatory standards, and industry trends to support client engagements.
• • Prepare and deliver customized technical documentation and application notes for client use.
• • Travel to customer sites and industry events to conduct on-site demonstrations, troubleshooting, and technical consultations.
• • Act as a technical liaison between customers and product development teams to relay feedback and emerging application needs.
• • Ensure all technical interactions adhere to Agilent’s quality and compliance standards.
• • Participate in internal product training sessions to maintain proficiency with new LCMS instrument releases and software updates.
• • Document technical interactions, solutions implemented, and customer feedback for internal knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• • Support marketing initiatives by contributing technical content for promotional materials and webinars.
• • Respond to technical inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
• • Maintain a high level of technical accuracy and professionalism in all customer-facing communications.
