- • Provide pre-sales technical support and sample analysis services for Agilent LCMS-related products in Shanghai, China, with remote work options.
- • Develop application methods and solutions based on Agilent LCMS products to meet customer needs and expectations in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, materials, and research.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex samples for key industries, ensuring accurate and reliable results to support customer decision-making.
- • Understand customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- • Support the sales team with technical training, troubleshooting, and application guidance to improve sales effectiveness.
- • Deliver technical presentations at seminars, lectures, and conferences to showcase product capabilities and share expertise.
- • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of technical insights into customer engagements and product development feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific field.
- • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with LCMS systems.
- • Proven experience in technical support or application science within analytical chemistry or related industries.
- • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective customer and internal team engagement.
- • Ability to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time) to customer sites and events.
