- • DeepL SE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Manager to join our growing team in London. This role is pivotal in supporting the specialized technical needs of our clients post-sale or during commercial expansion, acting as a crucial bridge between our advanced AI solutions and our diverse customer base. You will become an integral part of our established 40+ person Customer Success function, contributing to the evolution of services by focusing on sales engineering and technical client engagement. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new sub-function from the ground up, leveraging the expertise of existing team members while forging your own path.
- • As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will operate customer-agnostically, providing expert support to both Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) and Enterprise clients on an as-needed basis. Your primary responsibility will be to become a DeepL product expert, enabling you to effectively partner with Onboarding and Customer Success Managers. Together, you will address and resolve technical challenges that arise during client implementation and ongoing usage, ensuring a seamless and successful integration of DeepL's Language AI platform and other solutions like DeepL Agent.
- • Your day-to-day will involve a wide array of technical consultations and problem-solving. This could range from assisting with the intricate configuration of Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks to guiding clients through the deployment of our user Login Wall. You will also be instrumental in ideating and developing new use cases for our robust REST API, tailoring solutions to the unique technical infrastructures and strategic goals of each customer. Every engagement will present a fresh set of challenges, requiring adaptability, deep technical understanding, and creative problem-solving.
- • You will serve as the trusted technical advisor for prospects and clients, engaging in strategic discussions about how DeepL's solutions can best meet their business objectives. This involves a critical skill: translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Equally important is your ability to articulate intricate technical concepts in clear, simple language that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand. This dual communication capability is essential for building confidence and fostering strong, lasting client relationships.
- • A significant part of your role will be troubleshooting technical challenges that customers encounter as they integrate and utilize DeepL's products. You will be the go-to person for resolving these issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise will be key in supporting the ongoing technical relationship with our customers, providing them with essential technical information and strategic recommendations to maximize their value from DeepL.
- • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the tools, collateral, and enablement strategies necessary for the Customer team. In close collaboration with Product Marketing and Enablement teams, you will help ensure that our Customer-facing teams maintain up-to-date technical knowledge. This proactive approach is vital for establishing and sustaining an effective and scalable support model for our entire customer organization, ensuring consistency and quality across all client interactions.
- • You will also be a vital conduit for customer feedback. By maintaining a keen understanding of the functionalities and capabilities that customers need now and will require in the future, you will bring this valuable insight back to our product teams. This feedback loop is critical for informing product development and ensuring that DeepL continues to innovate and meet the evolving demands of the market. Your contributions will directly influence the future roadmap of our cutting-edge AI solutions.
