- • As a Technical Sourcer at Foundry Robotics, you will partner directly with the Head of Talent, hiring managers, and leadership to identify, engage, and bring in top-tier talent across engineering, manufacturing, and operations, playing a critical role in building the foundation of the company by owning the top of the funnel for some of the hardest-to-fill roles in robotics, AI, and manufacturing.
- • Day to day, you will own outbound sourcing for challenging technical roles such as Software Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Robotics Research, Mechanical Engineers, Manufacturing Process Engineers, and ML Engineers; identify and engage high-signal candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, research labs, and technical communities; write thoughtful, highly personalized outreach that reflects Foundry’s mission; partner with hiring leaders to define what “exceptional” looks like; build pipelines of passive candidates; experiment with sourcing strategies and messaging; track and optimize funnel metrics; and act as an early ambassador of the company to candidates interested in building real-world robotic systems.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in robotics and AI, refine your ability to build meaningful relationships with passive candidates, gain experience shaping talent strategy in a high-impact startup environment, and directly contribute to scaling a mission-driven company focused on reshoring advanced manufacturing through innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of technical sourcing experience with startup experience required
- • Strong recruiting hygiene including accurate documentation of all sourcing and recruiting activity in the ATS (Ashby)
- • Ability to write thoughtful, highly personalized outreach that avoids spammy tactics and drives strong reply rates
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to action, with urgency and ownership in building pipelines from scratch
- • Focus on quality over volume in candidate engagement and sourcing
