- • As a Technical Sourcer on Zip's Engineering, Product, & Design recruiting team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping screen candidates for technical roles, serving as a foundational building block for the company's growth.
- • You will effectively identify and attract Software Engineering, Product & Design candidates, source a large pipeline of high-quality candidates across evergreen or high-priority roles, engage and vet exceptional technical talent, manage interviewing and hiring processes with a focus on candidate experience, partner with leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles, collaborate with cross-functional teams to land successful hires, and track recruiting metrics to continuously improve recruiting processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
- • Proven success sourcing for Engineering roles such as backend/frontend/fullstack engineering, Data Engineering, Security Engineering, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and AI Engineers
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Zip’s story and value prop to top talent
- • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
- • Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- • Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
