📋 Description
- • As a Technical Sourcer on Zip's Engineering, Product, & Design recruiting team, you will play a critical role in building the talent foundation for an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and Mars.
- • You will identify, engage, and screen high-quality Product & Design candidates, manage end-to-end sourcing pipelines, partner with hiring leaders to define ideal profiles, and ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- • Zip’s recruiting team collaborates closely with product, engineering, and design leaders to scale teams rapidly while maintaining high hiring standards, supported by backing from top-tier investors and a mission to innovate procurement through AI.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical sourcing for niche Product and Design talent, refine your ability to assess cultural and skill fit in a fast-paced startup, and contribute directly to Zip’s growth by securing top-tier talent that drives innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
- • Proven success sourcing for Product and Design roles
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Zip’s story and value prop to top talent
- • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
- • Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- • Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
