As a Technical Sourcer, you will be instrumental in building robust talent pipelines for Software Engineers across various disciplines and experience levels. Your primary objective will be to partner closely with our hiring managers and engineering leads, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates through a variety of channels. This includes leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn, exploring technical communities such as GitHub and Stack Overflow, and utilizing other innovative sourcing tools and platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages that capture the attention of top-tier engineering talent, clearly articulating the exciting opportunities at GetGround and why they should consider a move.
• • A key part of this role is the initial screening of candidates. You will assess their technical alignment with specific role requirements and evaluate their overall fit for the team and company culture.
