- • Technical Specialist - Tier 1 (Client) role focused on providing remote technical assistance to customers in Cairo, Egypt, supporting Commvault’s mission of cyber resilience and data protection.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer calls from assigned technology queues, maintaining incident queues, ensuring timely updates, managing backlog and aged call metrics, and maintaining customer satisfaction within defined ranges.
- • Part of Commvault’s global Customer Support organization, a worldwide leader in backup and recovery solutions, serving over 100,000 organizations with AI-powered data protection across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- • Opportunity to develop deep technical expertise in enterprise platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, and storage technologies like NetApp and Dell EMC, with potential to work on advanced solutions such as IntelliSnap.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of industry-based experience with enterprise-level platforms and applications
- • Proficiency in English is mandatory
- • Fluency in a second language: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, or German
- • Solid technical foundation in Operating Systems (Wintel or Unix/Linux) and Networking
- • Proven troubleshooting methodology and strong communication skills with customer empathy
