  • • Execute 10–20 technical cases per day in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment where speed and precision are non-negotiable. You will juggle Everflow dashboards, Shopify admin panels, Chrome DevTools, and Postman tabs like a seasoned air-traffic controller, ensuring every click fires correctly and every conversion is counted.
  • • Translate complex business requirements into bullet-proof system configurations. When a CMO says, “We need to pay partners on net-new revenue after refunds, but only for SKUs that launched last quarter,” you will turn that sentence into rules, parameters, and QA scripts that never miss a beat.
  • • Lead technical discovery calls immediately after sales handoff, distilling hours of stakeholder conversation into a crisp, 30-minute checklist that engineering, product, and client success can all trust. Your notes become the blueprint for the entire onboarding sprint.
  • • Project-manage every technical request—whether it’s a last-minute commission restructure, a new pixel for TikTok, or an emergency fix for a broken Shopify checkout script—through to resolution. You will document timelines, flag blockers, and communicate updates in Slack threads that read like thriller novels: short, clear, and impossible to ignore.
  • • Troubleshoot tracking anomalies in real time. When a client’s dashboard shows 0 conversions at 2 p.m. on Black Friday, you will dive into DevTools, trace network calls, isolate the rogue JavaScript conflict, and push a hotfix before the client finishes their latte.
  • • Build and maintain living SOPs, runbooks, and Loom videos that turn tribal knowledge into scalable assets. Your documentation is so good that new hires ramp to full productivity in half the time—and your teammates send you thank-you GIFs.
  • • Serve as the primary technical voice to clients, translating “API 422 error” into “We need one more permission on your Shopify private app—here’s the exact toggle to flip.” Your calm, confident tone turns panicked emails into five-star reviews.
  • • Surface patterns from recurring issues and champion automation projects that eliminate entire classes of tickets. When you notice that 30 % of onboardings stall on the same UTM parameter mismatch, you will spec a one-click validator that saves the team 50 hours a month.
  • • Collaborate daily with engineering and product to scope custom features, file edge-case bugs, and prioritize fixes that protect revenue. Your Jira tickets are legendary: reproducible steps, screenshots, and business impact spelled out so clearly that engineers race to claim them.
  • • Champion data integrity across the platform. You will design QA scripts that run nightly, alerting the team to any drift in tracking accuracy before clients ever notice. Your dashboards become the single source of truth that finance, marketing, and execs trust for board-level decisions.
  • • Continuously optimize the onboarding playbook. Whether it’s A/B testing a new welcome email sequence or scripting bulk configuration imports, you treat every iteration as an experiment with measurable ROI—because faster launches mean faster revenue.
  • • Mentor junior teammates through pair-debugging sessions and weekly “Tech Tip Tuesday” micro-workshops. Your Slack channel #ask-a-tsm becomes the go-to watering hole for anyone who wants to level up their martech skills.
  • • Represent the voice of the customer in quarterly product councils, turning field insights into roadmap priorities that shape the next generation of our award-winning AI marketing platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Specialist) for a SaaS or e-commerce product
  • • Deep hands-on experience with Shopify admin, Liquid, and Shopify Scripts; you can spin up a private app, set up webhooks, and debug checkout flows blindfolded
  • • Proven ability to read and write JavaScript, work with browser DevTools, and trace network requests to resolve tracking or integration issues
  • • Exceptional project-management discipline—comfortable owning 10–20 concurrent technical tasks, documenting timelines, and hitting aggressive go-live dates
  • • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you can explain an API error to a non-technical CMO and still make them feel like the hero
