- • As a Technical Support Agent at Canals, you will help distributors get fast, effective support as they scale on the platform, ensuring mission-critical workflows run smoothly and maintaining a 1-minute average response time.
- • Day to day, you will respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, troubleshoot product and integration issues using tools like Postman, SQL, and FullStory, escalate when needed, collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams, document resolutions, update Zendesk macros and knowledge base, and identify recurring issues to propose improvements.
- • Canals is a fully remote, profitable 80-person startup (~50 in engineering) transforming the $10T industrial supply chain with AI, integrating with existing distributor systems to automate tasks and reduce failure points in global logistics.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with SaaS support tools, deepen your technical troubleshooting skills, learn to translate complex issues for non-technical users, and contribute to product and process improvements while working closely with engineering and customer success teams.
