  • • Technical Support Analyst role at UpGuard, Inc. focused on supporting customers with the Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform, analyzing customer pain points, and driving product improvements through feedback.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing causes of customer issues, working closely with customers to mitigate problems, soliciting feedback from customers and internal teams, and supporting customers globally from initial contact through successful deployment.
  • • The role sits within UpGuard’s Product team, which includes Product Management, Product Support, Engineering, Design, Data Leaks Detection, and Third Party Risk Management Services, with a mission to build a best-in-class SaaS platform for third-party risk and external attack surface management.
  • • The analyst will gain deep insight into global industries and institutions, contribute to product improvement, and develop expertise in cyber risk management and customer success within a high-growth, AI-driven security company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in customer support or technical analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of customer issues and translate feedback into actionable improvements.
  • • Excellent communication abilities to engage with global customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, risk management, or threat intelligence is a plus.
  • • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
