📋 Description
- • The Technical Support Analyst II/Sr role at CSG Systems International, Inc. is critical to maintaining high-quality customer experiences by resolving complex technical issues in live production environments, ensuring service reliability and SLA compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing Level 2 technical support, managing tickets and queues, liaising with Level 3 (PS) and Level 4 (R&D) teams for escalations, driving process improvements, and offering 24/7 on-call support with shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
